offshore Human Resource Management. We have experience in the financial
services industry, the retail sector and commercial businesses through

Hassell
Blampied Associates was established in 1996 in order to support all sizes of
businesses to meet their Human Resources needs, in a highly professional and
commercial way, within fixed deadlines and to agreed price structures. As
the firm has grown we have also provided substantial HR support to companies
operating Offshore in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man as well as in
other offshore locations.
