Appraisal Skills
This

continuous performance appraisal. Delegates will examine their role as
managers in order to identify the potential value to them of continuous
performance appraisal. A model for planning an appraisal cycle will be
explored. Delegates will prepare for and plan the appraisal interview and
will identify and practise the skills required for conducting it; active
listening, questioning summarising, giving constructive feedback, setting
