Effective business communication has always been a key component of successful organisations, but as we move into a world that is increasingly media intensive, effective communication skills are becoming still more important. Whether via spoken or written word, lucid communication is vital for any manager. This course focuses on when to write, how to write and what to write. It concentrates on quality not quantity and will equip the delegate with clear guidance on how to communicate effectively in all business situations
