Course for the Appraisee

It has long been recognised that appraisals are an important element of good management. However, often the Appraisee feels threatened by the process and does not fully understand the potential benefits that can flow from a well-conducted appraisal.
The aim of this In-House course is to provide the Appraisee the knowledge and skills to set personal goals and to positively participate in the appraisal process.

 Aims of the course:

• To help individuals participating in their own performance review understand the aims of the key stages of   the process 

• To develop skills which will support the individuals in the preparation discussion, objective setting and review stages of the appraisal cycle
