Hannah
joined HBA in 2008. She is involved in work relating to the remuneration
surveys carried out by HBA, as well as in general Human Resource advisory work
and recruitment.
Hannah has
a degree and Masters Qualification in Psychology and is studying for Membership
of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She previously worked
as a Consultant with a Psychometric test provider and was involved in the research
and development of psychometric and aptitude testing tools.
Hannah is BPS Level A and B
trained.
Previously, Hannah worked as a
Psychology Research Assistant at Harvard University and practiced various
research methods and data analysis related to human performance and cognition.
Specializing in Health Psychology, she also has various experiences in
psychological methods and interventions including stress management, managing
individuals back to work, and promoting general well-being.
