Influencing, Persuading and Employing Effective Business Behaviours in the Workplace

We all need to influence and persuade people around to our view from time to time and nowhere more so than in the workplace. We also need to be able to assert our rights in such a way that respects and allows the rights of others.

This one day course will help to equip participants with the skills they need to influence others at work to gain their commitment to plans and projects in order to achieve improved business results. It will help delegates develop upward and downward communication management techniques that work and enhance their effectiveness and confidence in workplace situations.
