Hassell Blampied Associates (HBA) is a Human Resources consultancy firm specialising in all aspects of offshore Human Resource Management. We have experience in the financial services industry, the retail sector and commercial businesses through employment in senior HR positions within the industry both in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the UK. We are able to provide a 'total solution' to HR issues of all types for companies.

MISSION STATEMENT

To provide high quality, professional and ethical advice to clients to support all aspects of human resource management to meet the human resource needs of their business for all sizes of clients within defined timescales and with commercially viable solutions.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Hassell Blampied Associates was established in 1996 in order to support all sizes of businesses to meet their Human Resources needs, in a highly professional and commercial way, within fixed deadlines and to agreed price structures.  As the firm has grown we have also provided substantial HR support to companies operating Offshore in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man as well as in other offshore locations.

HBA operates in 3 divisions:

• HR Consultancy
• Executive Recruitment
• Training and Development

Typically Hassell Blampied Associates are called upon to:

• Compliment existing resources – for example working alongside existing HR staff/teams to deliver and implement particular projects and solutions
• Provide  Human Resources support functions where resources / skills do not exist
• Provide Human Resource support functions where the need is not full-time particularly with small to medium size businesses

Our fee structure is based on agreed prices depending on the work being carried out, the nature of the relationship with the client and the duration of the project. Fixed price estimates are usually given for work to be carried out within  defined  timescale.

HBA's work meets the highest quality standards.  We subscribe to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's Code of Ethics and will always apply best practice in carrying out our work to the highest professional standards. 

HBA is Jersey based but operates in Guernsey and Isle of Man and has links with the UK, Europe and other offshore locations.
