Originally from Northern Ireland Edith worked for the Department of Finance in Belfast prior to moving to the island in 1980.

Edith joined HBA in 2005 after spending 23 years working in the finance industry in Jersey.

During this time she worked in Banking, managing a team of client relationship managers responsible for high net worth clients, HR and Training and as a project manager working on a variety of projects such as managing sales and performance, pricing and service quality programmes.
She has designed and run numerous workshops from technical banking,  sales management to management development workshops.

Edith is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Securities Institute.
