Hassell Blampied Associate's (HBA) consultancy work spans all areas of human resource work.  We tailor our approach to the circumstances and needs of the client and offer all aspects of HR Support to businesses, dedicated or on call. This allows us to ensure that we meet the client's expectations to the fullest extent rather than delivering packaged solutions which simply may be convenient, but not the best solution for the business.

Typically our services are called upon to compliment existing resources - for example working alongside existing HR staff/teams to design, deliver and implement particular projects and solutions.

Our fee structure is based on agreed prices depending on the work being carried out, the nature of the relationship with the client and the duration of the project. Fixed price estimates are usually given for work to be carried out within defined timescales.
